AMT1 Branscomb met or exceeded all expectations, demonstrating extraordinary stewardship, superior dedication and outstanding leadership as well as supreme technical knowledge. His performance is in keeping with the legacy of Chief Oliver Berry and a credit to Coast Guard Aviation and the profession of aeronautical engineering.
